TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing or using this website ("Site"), scheduling services, or participating in any training programs offered by Majorly Trained Dogs, LLC ("MTD," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Site or services.
 

1. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, training materials, and other content ("Content"), is the property of Majorly Trained Dogs, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or otherwise use any Content without our prior written consent.
 

2. PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit may be required to reserve training services. Deposits secure your dog's training dates and prevent those dates from being offered to other clients.

All remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your training agreement.
 

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services, delayed scheduling, cancellation of services, or collection action. The client agrees to pay any costs associated with collection efforts, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
 

3. REFUND POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Training services are reserved specifically for your dog and require significant scheduling commitments. For this reason, payments made toward training services may not be refundable once services have begun.
 

Any cancellation or refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Majorly Trained Dogs, LLC.

No guarantees are made regarding specific behavioral outcomes, as training results depend on many factors, including owner participation and consistency after training.
 

4. BOARD & TRAIN PROGRAMS

Full payment must be received according to the payment schedule provided prior to or during the training program.

If a dog remains in our care beyond the agreed-upon pick-up date, additional boarding fees may apply.

Owners agree to pick up their dog on the scheduled completion date unless alternate arrangements have been approved in advance.
 

5. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only.

MTD is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party websites.
 

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This Site and all information provided are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

MTD makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability of the Site or its contents.
 

8. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Dog training is not an exact science. Results vary based on the dog, environment, genetics, owner participation, consistency, and numerous other factors.

MTD makes no guarantee that any dog will achieve specific training results, behavioral outcomes, certification status, service dog status, therapy dog status, or off-leash reliability.
 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or services.
 

10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in any training program, you acknowledge that working with dogs involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with training activities, including but not limited to injuries, illnesses, behavioral setbacks, property damage, bites, scratches, or other incidents involving your dog.
 

11. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is healthy, groomed and current on required vaccinations prior to participation in training programs.
 

Owners agree to disclose any known behavioral concerns, bite history, medical conditions, or other relevant information prior to training.
 

12. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

MTD reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time if:

• A dog presents an unreasonable safety risk
• A client violates these Terms
• Required payments are not made
• Necessary health information is withheld
 

13. SMS & COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls, emails, and text messages regarding:

• Scheduling
• Training updates
• Account information
• Program reminders
• Service-related communications

Message and data rates may apply.

14. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
